Adventure Racing Training Day

Doing an adventure race in 2010;  WAR, Gaelforce or Roar? Looking for training advise, kayak practice, hill running training?  Then the WAR training day on Saturday the 20th of March is for you.

There will be a training day based at Lough Dan in the heart of the Wicklow Mountains.  Start time is 10am and it will include.

• Kayaking in Lough Dan (led by Total Experience)
• Cycling on the steepest section of the WAR course (10% gradient) from Lough Dan to Djouce mountain. (led by former Irish Triathlon Champion Brian Crinion)
• Running in Ballinstoe Woods and Djouce Mountain. (led by International Adventure Racer Paul Mahon)
