Disney World Hong Kong hosted this mornings ITU Cup race, my 3rd race in as many weeks. I have to admit that I was already looking forward to coming home when I woke this morning for my porridge and Lucozade at 4am . . . now Ill be travelling with a smile on my face and maybe a present or two for my family having missed a few birthdays !
I will be in touch about the last 2 weeks my second top 10 world cup result, my new Olympic ranking and now my win in Hong Kong.
