Ireland’s fastest ever Iron distance athlete is our next member and there’s very few who can run as fast a marathon after 180k on the bike. He wrote himself into Irish Triathlon history at Ironman Austria breaking the national record and has his sights set on his most successful trip to Kona yet, in 2012.

Full distance, lots of people gunning for it so should be fun!!
