Results from the Motivate Challenge in Punchestown Racecourse. There was a 25km and a 70km challenge. Starting and finishing in Punchestown Racecourse, competitors ran to Blessington for the kayak stage before tackling the Wicklow hills on the bike and finishing back in Punchestown.

Results & Photos from tonight’s HellFire Adventure Duathlon in the Dublin Mountains. The first stage was a 3km run over the HellFire summit, then a 17km very hill cycle up the Kilakee Road and past Cruagh Woods and the Pine Forest, but repeating the run over the HellFire summit for the final stage.
